When you book, your payment is processed by our payment processor — we do not store your full payment card number on our systems.

These currently include: Squarespace (website hosting), Booqable (booking and rental management), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (text messaging), Zapier (connecting our booking and messaging tools), and Google (business, email, and website analytics services). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Security

We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, and the security practices of the providers listed above, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
